Complete the Student Release Form
To register with the clearinghouse, you must complete and sign the Student Release Form (SRF) and send it to the clearinghouse along with a $30 registration fee. This process is strongly recommended to be completed online, so please click here. This SRF does two things:
It authorizes each high school you have attended to send the clearinghouse your transcript, test scores, proof of graduation and other necessary graduation information.
It authorizes the clearinghouse to their academic information to all colleges that request your eligibilty status.
Fee Waivers
U.S. student-athletes are eligible for a fee waiver if they have already received a fee waiver (not state voucher) for the ACT or SAT. The high school counselor will also be required to submit an electronic fee waiver verification on their behalf.
