  • May is Melanoma and Skin Cancer Detection and Prevention Month. SADD will be using this week to provide facts about and ways to prevent skin cancer.  Melanoma can grow for years before producing any symptoms. 


  • The Class of 2023 will begin selling Gertrude Hawke Candy Bars through June 13th. If you wish to sell, you need to pick up a contract in Ms. Wakefoose’s room, 127, during periods 2-4 and periods 6-9. (6/13)


  • Extra help will be in room 208 on Tuesdays and in room 214 on


  • Help is urgently needed for humanitarian aid in Ukraine. The Key Club is collecting items to be flown to Poland for refugee families. Please see the list of items needed on boxes that are in homerooms and around the school. Items will be collected weekly and shipped immediately.   Some items include: diapers, toothpaste, wipes, hygiene products, first aid supplies, and over-the- counter pain medications. "Pop-top" food This means items that do not need any water or preparation and do not need the use of a can opener; Chunky and Progresso soups, Dinty Moore, macaroni & cheese, canned ravioli, pop-top tuna, etc. Other medical equipment now needed: crutches and walkers. See Mrs. Lynch or any Key Club member with questions.
