Today is an “A” Day. Be sure to follow the classes on your “A” Day schedule only.
February is CTE Month! CTE means Career Technical Education. Each day this month, you will learn an interesting fact or statistic about your education here at Sussex Tech. We will also be having students teach our teachers, administrators and other students specific skills during the month to showcase their knowledge and skills. Today’s fact of the day is regarding benefits of Career Technical Education: real hands-on learning. CTE emphasizes learning by doing/allowing students to work with industry standard tools and technology, apply academic concepts in practical settings, build confidence through skill mastery. This is especially powerful for students who learn best through experiential and project-based learning. (2/2)
