Online Summer School Courses (Educere)

• Educere is used for summer school credit recovery for students who have failed courses.
• Educere may also be used for Option 2 courses. These courses must be submitted to your school counselor and receive Board approval prior to enrollment.

Registration Information: Credit Recovery

• Registration Deadline: July 10, 2026
• To register, use the Educere online system and enter:
  • School Code: VTQ8I7Q2
  • Use the appropriate Educere course number.
• Registration Link: Register for Credit Recovery through Educere

Course Costs

• Abbreviated Full-Year Course: Credit Retrieval: $245
• Full Course: Original Credit: $499

Course and Program Details

• Students should review course selections with their school counselor prior to registering.
• Start Date: Approximately seven days after Educere receives registration and payment.
• Course Format: All courses are self-paced.

Completion Deadlines

• Abbreviated Courses: Must be completed within 60 days of the start date, no later than August 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
• Half-Year or Quarter Courses: Must be completed within 30 days of the start date, no later than August 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
